”Nous avons séjourné ici pour une activité au circuit du Val de Vienne et nous ne regrettons pas. Logement "hôtel" au top, cest grand, literie confortable, grande salle de bain, par contre il fait chaud à l'intérieur de la chambre quand il y a des grosses chaleurs (pas de clim, ni de ventilateur) . Le parc est très agréable. Les extras sont un peu cher... Si nous devons revenir dans le coin, nous reprendrons une chambre sans hésitation ”

”We stayed for two nights in Poitiers. I liked the hotel and the room. The room contained everything we needed for preparing some food etc. The hotel is located some 10 min walk from the old city center (going up hill) and close to the train station. Helpful staff.”

”My husband and I are frequent travellers and have stayed in many types of hotels, but we had never booked with this group. The price of the room with kitchenette and all facilities was very affordable and the room was clean, comfortable and bright. The young gentleman receptionist was uber-helpful and polite and he made the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended!”

”Emplacement propre et luminueux. Propriétaire sympathique et accueillant. Passage du train à proximité mais n'est absolument pas gênant. Attention si pendant le séjour il fait chaud, il n'y a qu'un ventilateur pour se rafraîchir, il faudrait un climatiseur. Sinon, rien à redire. parfait pour nous.”

We were met at the property, given all the details about the cottages and throughout, our hosts stayed in touch and were extremely helpful in providing information about eating out and activities in the area. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, well appointed and lacked for nothing. In short, we had a wonderful time and will certainly consider booking again without hesitation.”

”This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. We arrived early, so he had a friend meet us at the house to make sure we were able to get in. We had so much fun getting to know Phillipe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely...

”Maison super agréable et au charme indéniable! Les photos sont conformes et sincères. Très bien située (accès autoroute, train, Futuroscope) donc très calme selon le sens du vent! Mais c’est vraiment supportable. Parfaite pour une grande bande d’amis (nous étions 16 dont 7 enfants de 7 à 14 ans). Et un grand merci au propriétaire pour les échanges que nous avons pu avoir.”

”Nous avons été accueilli par Valérie, qui nous à présenté son gîte ainsi que les alentours.Le gite était parfait, bien agencé, bien pourvu et nous avons pu profiter de la salle attenante pour un anniversaire.Un extérieur vaste et bien entretenu, et la surprise des animaux pour le enfants (une biche !)Valérie s'est montré disponible tout le long du séjour et même avant et nous avons passé un week-end parfait en famille !Je recommande ce lieu pour toute les familles qui souhaitent un gite...

”We absolutely loved our stay at this place with the whole family! The house was really clean and had al lot of space for everyone to spread out comfortably.The pool was honestly the star of the show as we spent hours in there and it was perfect for both the kids and adults. Location-wise, you get the best of both worlds as it is peaceful and quiet, but only 10 minutes to the shops where you can grab anything you need.One thing that really impressed us was how helpful the house manager was.
