”Das Hotel Arca + Naco liegt unweit des Bahnhofes, Skibushaltestelle 150 m vor der Tür. Ein Supermarkt (150m), Gornergratbahn und die Fußgängerzone ca.400m entfernt. Neuwertig eingerichtete Zimmer, hohe Standards im Bereich Sauberkeit und Housekeeping. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit aufmerksamen Servicepersonal. Poolanlage (Solebad) sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Saunabereich (Dampfbad, Finnische, Biosauna). ”

”Our Chalet Antoine apartment was beautiful, spacious, well equipped & only a 5 minute walk from the train station. It’s in a great location only a short walk to the town centre where there are plenty of shop’s & restaurants! Zermatt is a truly magical place too.”

”The staff who assisted us were excellent; very helpful and personable. The location (we were in Blue) was great; near the bus stop and lifts. The photo's are accurate. the views from the patio are very good. The layout is just a little odd (no shower, but a tub in the downstairs master, bathroom lighting obstructs the mirror if you are relatively tall). figuring out the light switches took some work for us. The biggest drawback for us was that the seating in the main community area (couch)...

”The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay.”
