Our family members were stopped at the gate on the last evening of our trip even after they had previously been to the property and were previously checked in on the list. they were not let in until we made several phone calls. very frustrating after we provided names of all our members.”

”We had a full house for a Nationals Dance Competition at Margaritaville Resort. The house was very comfortable for our large group of family and friends and the neighborhood is conveniently located. The large kitchen allowed us to cook at home at our convenience. The dock was fun for fishing and the upper deck was perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks! There was plenty of space in the driveway for all of our cars. The country club pools were nice and even had a kiddie pool for the littlest...

”Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. Getting ahold of someone was much more difficult then expected. Property mangment need to restructure the chain of command. They offer to move...

”This place is great, clean and as seen on picture. Rey was very accommodating with some of our requests and some of them last minute. From booking, checking in and checking out every was smooth. Truly appreciate the service and if I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely book this place. ”
