”The home was lovely. 4 of us stayed, as we were in town for a memorial. After the memorial 10 of us gathered to look at pictures and chat. It was comfortable for a get together. Rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here in the future. Host was helpful and quickly responded to our questions. ”

”My family had a great stay here. It's a very unique and artful space. It worked great for six of us varying in age ranges with 2 adults and 4 kids. The Salvage Sip Cafe just up Main Street has great coffee and some breakfast items like croissants, bagels, and muffins. We're in this area somewhat regularly and would definitely stay here again. :-)”

”Overall it was a fantastic stay. Host was very communicative about property and where we can find anything that was needed. Plenty to do around the area and kept us busy for a week with the rain that came in. Recomend using a backpack luggage and it made the stairs easier to conquer!Just be prepared”

”House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.”

”We had a fabulous family Thanksgiving vacation at Rocking Horse Acres! The house was clean and well appointed. We loved the living room with the wood burning fireplace and we made a huge Thanksgiving meal in Amy’s well appointed kitchen. Everyone had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you!!”

”This lakehouse was gorgeous for our small elopement! A little cold at first, but we made use of the space heaters and fireplace! Lots of blankets, too! Perfect cozy atmosphere for our intimate ceremony ”

”We had a wonderful time and used all possible amenities during our stay. Kayaks, canoes and fishing for the cousins and uncles. The access by the beach to the lake was great for everyone including Grandparents! Hot tub for everyone. The game room was convenient for the kids and adults. We had all three generations sitting by the fire pit having s’mores, playing guitar and singing. Access to the community pool was wonderful and the hot tub on the property was put to use too!I would definitely...

”My partner and some friends of ours had a lovely time relaxing by the lake during our stay. Only complaint was that the pool heater was broken but that didn't stop us from having a great time in the water!”

”This place is awesome! Everything you need with family, kid friendly. The rafters from the A-frame house is unique. Kitchen has all gadgets you need to prepare your meals. The host has done wonderful to pay attention to the small details, such as plugs for chargers, makeup removal towels. Upper railing might need to be slightly higher to bring up to code, but love the upper enclosure. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! We have stayed in many places and this was one of the best beds I...

”This was exactly the type of rental I was hoping it would be. It had all the modern amenities but still had the feel of a cabin. The closeness to the creek was the showstopper though. Our kids would play in the creek for hours. We even bought a couple of blow up mats to float down the creek on. At night we cracked the sliding door open so we could listen to the creek. The only minor issue to think about when you plan to visit is that the fridge and freezer are smaller than normal.”

”Quintessential Poconos property with woods and deer grazing nearby. The roomy pool was DIVINE! It's heated to the perfect temp, not a chill to get in. We had fun shooting pool...and there are so many activities - foosball table, air hocky, games. A large and nicely appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. So relaxing and low key! It would be a great place in the winter too if you come to ski in the area. temp and not a chill to get in”
