”Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended ”

”Our stay was great at Lazy Bear. The home is very clean and private in a gated mountain community. The Kitchen has every thing you need and wifi works great only about 15 mins from downtown Ellijay, tubing, rafting, wineries and apple orchards. We plan ti go back.”

”We had an amazing, relaxing time at River Rock. We have always stayed on creeks, and the river was a nice change. The house had everything we needed and then some. Kids loved the ping pong table. Communication from Jessica was great. ”

”It was a wonderful stay for our family of 4 (13 and 3 year olds). A peaceful location amongst the trees with a fishing pond just a stroll down the hill. It was a great central location for our trips to Cloudland Canyon, Lookout Mountain, and Chattanooga. The host was responsive and no detail was missed in the cabin. We can't wait to return for our next visit!”

”We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant. So remote but still close enough to town if you wanted some civilization. The cabin was clean and not only did we appreciate the attention to detail with all of the light fixtures but the artwork, deer heads and massive working fireplace were all just icing on the cake.
