”Here’s the review for VBRO:We found Captain’s Quarters to be the perfect place to stay when visiting Franklin, TN. It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just a short walk into town, or just a few minutes by car - many excellent restaurants, interesting shops and historic sites close by, with Captain’s Quarters being a terrific place to rest up and relax. The cottage has everything you want, and it’s spacious but with a cosy feel - so much better than a hotel room. It’s now our go-to place...

”Overall a great stay. Clear and timely communication from the host, clean house, great location. It felt secluded while also being close to everything. The main downside to me was that the street coming off the house did not have a sidewalk on Franklin road, which is a very busy road. It’s got a very narrow shoulder of the road for about 20-30 yards which was not optimal for pushing my child in a stroller. The shoulder then gets wider for another 50 yards or so until you reach a sidewalk. “Shops...

”Dated furniture and rugs. Funny smell likely due to high humidity environment. Room AC's could not make the unit comfortable. Master bed broke; service to repair was expedient but inconvenient. Master bath TP roller broken. Adirondack chair broken; only had one for two people. EXCELLENT LOCATION. Also there was a family with LOUD children running and stomping above us but they did stop by quiet hour (10P). OK place but too much money for what we got.”
