”We spent five nights at this property while attending kayak races on the Connecticut River. It is small but comfortable and was perfect for the two of us. The bird feeder outside the front door was good entertainment. Just a note that the cooktop is induction so you have to use their two small pans. This is not a complaint just don’t plan on making a big pot of spaghetti. If we ever are in the area again, we will definitely book this property. ”

”Great wifi! With little cellular service the wifi was greatly appreciated, we all had our tablets and phones connected. The home was clean and cozy with little welcoming amenities. The dogs were right at home too. For anyone looking to stay I'd bring tablets or computers with no TV you'll need something to connect to, to wind down with. The neighbors dog is unleashed but friendly and the little dirt road can get busy!”

”There was a little problem with the lockbox, but Catherine was available to help solve it. We were staying in the house instead of the “cozy apartment.” Except for a somewhat difficult staircase and a couple of doors to the deck that did not have screens, we have no complaints. They location was beautiful, but a bit of a distance from places we wanted to go to. The price was very fair, and I would recommend this location to others.”
