”The Nest was exactly what we wanted for Nordic Fest. Having reserved parking was a godsend. The apartment was clean and well appointed. All in all a great place to stay.”

”Love the location of this place with it being right downtown and close to a few places to eat. That being said, traffic can get a little loud! Comes as a warning that there are stairs…they are definitely more difficult when having to carry luggage up/down them, so take that into consideration if you’re bringing a lot. We were only there one night and our kids are old enough to help so it was fine. Not sure that the air was working great - would have liked it a little cooler while sleeping....

”We love Decorah for a weekend getaway from the Twin Cities and the Bluffside Gardens was the PERFECT place to stay. It was right off the trout run trail so we could go biking right from our room without having to drive anywhere. Easy access to downtown and the room was very spacious and clean. We will for sure be back next year!”

”Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋

”Wow this house was the most popular when I asked our kids which placed they liked most. It was conveniently located and easy to find, the host was responsive when I had questions, and the kids loved the candy when we arrived. The entire house was clean, well-stocked, cared for and had the most beautiful view from the deck. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Decorah. Thank you for an amazing stay!”
