Of note, and we knew this going in, it’s the bottom floor of the homeowner’s house with its own separate entrance. There’s 2 side by side units on this floor so you may see your neighbors walk right by. You can also hear the homeowners above you at times. Not a big deal for us since we used it as a springboard into the valley for fun. We loved this...
