”This property is beautiful. It's spacious, clean, and decorated very nicely. The host is very nice -- a nice touch was that he left a laundry detergent capsule, which was such a small thing, but it was really great to not have to worry about going out to buy detergent after a long day. The location is really convenient, just a few minutes from the train station, and right next to downtown. I wish I could have stayed longer!”

”When making the booking, we paid extra for bed linen and towels. Upon arrival, neither bed linen nor towels were present in the apartment, which we immediately reported to you. Unfortunately, it took a long time before we received any response.
