”Perfect bedroom but coffeecorner was in the hallway, no reception. Bed was perfect, clean room perfect bathroom. But we paid almost 300 euro’s for 1 night, and that is a little bit too much.”

”Nice rooms and everything went fine. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access via phone app. We booked via the website, which was confusing in communication. A second part of the payment should have been made before arrival, but the only information about that reached us just on the check-in time itself.”

”Very easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and transportation. Its small but very well appointed and comfortable and very clean. There were several floor fans which kept us quite comfortable in the heat. The check in process was flawless, but be aware you should not park or use the driveway across the street for loading and unloading. We had Taxis and Ubers pick us up on the corner to avoid annoying the neighbors. We loved our stay here and would come again.”

”Novi did a great job on this old house, however, on our fourth stay, we did have a few issues:
- no more water bottles provided
- although I’m not a fan of air-conditioning, it was needed this time due to the temperatures, but it would shut off by itself after more or less 30 minutes. This is ridiculous.
- people upstairs walking around, made a lot of noise, so I must assume the isolation is poor”

”Communication was extremely poor. It took two phone calls (with very friendly staff) and two WhatsApp reminders before we finally received 13 (!) emails. Only one of them contained the correct payment link. The whole process felt rather surreal.
Check-in was available from 16:00. We arrived at 16:50, only to find our room was still being cleaned. The gentleman seemed annoyed that we were "already" there, and we couldn't get into the room until 17:10. After a day out with two kids, it wasn't the...
