”Staff was helpful when I needed some assistance. Room was remodeled but still had plastic on the mattress. The entry door did not close fully. Needs a little more remodeling.”

”When we arrived it was about 10:30 at night our first room smelled so bad we couldn't stay in it we asked if there was another room which the staff was very helpful with and got us another room. Unfortunately the second room the AC barely worked and went kicked on it was incredibly loud. Most likely the AC wasn't able to keep up so the whole room smelled damp as well. We would have gone somewhere else had there been any other options. The hot tub is also boarded over just as an FYI.”

”If you expect daily cleaning services in your room, don’t count on it. It does state at the front desk on a notice that if you are in a family room that daily cleaning services will not be available. We were not in a family room. We asked for cleaning services when we arrived back after a long day. Nothing happened. The second day, we requested it and nothing happened. I asked yet again if they do daily cleaning for standard double queen rooms and was told that they do. The person I talked with...

”Staff was pleasant, but the place is dated, and worn. Maybe it had been a long while since, but our room had been smoked in at some point. Other "spice" smells filled our end of the floor,. The air conditioner sounded like a B-17.”

”It was a large room with two queen size beds, and a king size so it accommodated a lot of people. The bathroom was filled with towels and clean. It was wonderful to have a good breakfast, included as well! Perfect location! Right next to the temple.”

”The floor had dead bugs on it, the treadmill mill wasn't working and the breakfast selection wasn't very good. The "hot food" sausage and gravy was cold and the orange juice didnt have any flavor to it.”

”Nice and clean, I felt very secure knowing I have to use a badge just to get in the building. The continental breakfast was great! Ice machines available nearby. Even though the casino is connected limited hours even though I was told that it was recently purchased. As far as the casino I didn't sit and gamble. Even though I'm a former smoker there is a sign stating no cigar or pipe tobacco but I did see 4 people smoking cigarettes”

”This is my favorite place to stay when doing a solo trip. It is safe, clean, comfortable, and I have all the entertainment I need right on the property.”

”Everyone was so helpful. We arrived a day early and they gave us the same room that was reserved for our 3 day stay. We were very pleased with our entire stay.”

”Upon entering my room, there was a mildew locker room odor and I went back to the lobby to ask for a new room and the staff was very flexible and accommodating to put me in a new room which smelled much cleaner.”

”The food was wonderful and very fresh! The beds were very comfortable! Each room is thermostatically controlled and has its own charm. The floors and stairs are creaky but adds to the charm of an old home. Laurie is such a great host! We enjoyed her company very much! She made our stay so nice! We would definitely stay there again!”
