Location is little bit far from airport, city has a lot of traffic but room was quiet and peaceful. Must use a taxi etc. moving somewhere in town. Quality/price is more than excellent, highly recommendation if you stay at Mataram.”

”Location was great, right in the middle of commercial district of Mataram. There was only smoking rooms in the hotel and you could really smell that. Otherwise the room was ok, good shower with hot water and tv had hbo. No wifi in the room, only in the hotel lobby. In the facilities the sink was leaking and you know when a lot of places in Asia say you cannot throw paper in the toilet and really it's ok, well in this place you really shouldn't do that.”
”My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. Our room was spacious and even had a small balcony furnished with seats and a table. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great night’s sleep here.
