”Kiva pieni hotelli. Hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu, henkilökunnalta sai ravintola suosituksia ja kyyti lentokentältä hoitui asiallisesti yms. Vasta vähän aikaa sitten täysin remontoitu rakennus ja huoneista löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Huoneen teknologia toki hieman reistaili, mutta ei kuitenkaan merkittävästi. Sijainti loistava, lyhyt kävelymatka Firenzen ydinkeskustaan ja tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin. Muutamia ravintoloita aivan hotellin läheisyydessä. Miinuksena aamupala ei ollut kovinkaan kattava...

”Sisäänkirjautuminen olisi ollut vasta klo 15, mutta huoneistomme oli valmis jo klo 12 jälkeen, kun ilmoitin tulostamme hyvissä ajoin etukäteen. Huoneisto oli siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Ilmastointi toimi ja suihkusta tuli lämmintä vettä. Sijainti erinomainen.”

”Beautiful place. In a residential area so not much to do around there, but the train station is close which is nice. Gianna was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.”

”My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Maison Ginori Guelfa. The host, Pierpaolo, was so nice and very helpful! He contacted me the day before to see when we planned to arrive to make sure all was ready for us and I asked him if I could get some suits pressed for the day after and he said it was no problem at all, he dropped them off himself and I got them back at the time promised the next day. While we had an itinerary planned, he still had great recommendations for places to go and was happy...

”I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. It is not far from several bus...

”We had a very nice stay in Soggiorno Alessandra. The communication went smoothly and Alessandra was waiting for us when we arrived. The location was perfect and the our room was nice and quiet. It took about 15 min to walk from the railway station. Nice surprise was the breakfast items that Alessandra provided for us. Highly recommended for a visit in Florence!”
