Other things to note
1. Smoking inside or on the patio is NOT permitted.
2. Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted.
3. People other than those in the Guest party, set forth in the on-line agreement, may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person allowed in, or on, the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary. No more than 4 registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. Failure to comply to this rule will result in a $50 fine to each guest after 4 persons is reached and reservation is also subject to cancellation.
4. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
