âThey didnât seem to busy but we were placed on the 3 floor and the end of the hall. When I was younger it didnât bother me but now at 77 it made getting to the room loading and unloading our possessions little more difficultzâ

âAs many other reviewers have mentioned, Michella was extremely responsive to communications from us. Even though this was a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) she quickly responded to any issues. Couldn't really ask for quicker responses. The issues that give the rating are that the responses were somewhat hollow. âThey are rude and unprofessional! The place is nasty and run down. The breakfast sucks. The pool and hot tub was needing a good cleaning and good luck on extra towels and rags! They wonât do the laundry because so many was coming and getting new and not reusing the ones in there room which is what they expect you to do. Most good motels have plenty but not this one!
