”This is a gem for visiting Derry - just steps from all major sights yet offers parking and roomy guestroom. Teresa's check-in welcome was brilliant for how to see the city without moving the car or wandering aimlessly, a true timesaver. To be so close to everything and able to run out quickly was amazing in such a busy and congested area for drivers. CH facilitates a wonderful stay in Derry. Highly recommend walking the walls and visiting the Craft Village and Tower Museum within.”

”reasonably sized comfortable room with all amenities needed. Parking was on the street which I didn't anticipate the way it was advertised. Close to city centre so walkable. Everything was clean apart from the carpet which was not hoovered which was such a shame.”

”Great spot to stay while in Derry! The room and private bathroom were good sizes - enough space for my partner and I with our luggage. We were able to store our luggage with the key shop in front before our check-in time which was clutch. There was a shared kitchen on our floor which also included a washing machine. Didn’t need to use the washing machine but could be useful. The kitchen was stacked and even had some fruit and bread. Place was centrally located and walking distance to everything...

”Booked a short stay and chose Crockgarve after reading the reviews. To be honest it seemed too good to be true but I am thrilled to be proven wrong. The location and room was stunning and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made it special was Margo. Margo could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible from the welcome drink with her and her husband to the amazing breakfasts, you are made to feel so welcome and part of the family. ”The guy who owns the property is a character, and he clearly loves the history of the house. However, the rooms are in disrepair—open electrical sockets! Stuff is everywhere. The place still needs a lot of work. It smells throughout the house of cigar or pipe smoke. The B&B itself could be amazing but it needs professional management!”

”What an amazing host! Since so many others had cancelled because of the virus scare, the host offered my friend and i not only our choice of rooms, but also threw in an extra room! (We had originally booked one room, two beds). Hopefully the circumstances which allowed him that freedom will be over soon, but that is the kind of thoughtful service that I expect will come out in other ways once things get back to normal. ”

”The 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for my mum, my sister, and me on our recent visit to Derry. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Peace Bridge and all the sights of Derry. Restaurants and a small grocery store are within an easy walk. Great value for the price. ”

”This Derry location was near to many restaurants and sites. Street parking was easy and not an issue for our stay. Traffic noise was a bit loud in the morning but not at bed time. Washer/dryer were the key reasons for our stay at the property as this was the middle of our trip. W/D worker well for us. ”
