”Check in was easy. Rooms need a slight paint touch otherwise upgraded. Our door handle was difficult to open but for a budget hotel it was good.”

”No staff help. Had to find staff to check in after waiting in lobby for 30 minutes. Got a text for check in said if need help text that number. I did for 2 more blankets. After 30 minutes of no response i went to office. Nobody there. After 3 hours finally found someone. Went to checkout again no one around ”

”The advertising is misleading. I booked a “room with a view” but “the view was of a car wash, a dog groomers and a dental business. Having a view just meant being on the top floor. The business center was one of the main reasons I booked there but the business center was a desk in the front lobby with a computer and a printer. When I used the printer it ran out of ink and there wasn’t a replacement cartridge. It also had a kitchenette which was great but you have to pay extra for pots, pans,...

”Where do I begin, first off the property is awesome, peaceful and beautiful. BUT we got there and the heaters (3) did not work, it was a very cold sleep. The next day we noticed that we had no coffee or utensils, we were given coffee and utensils. We were given a heater but that still left the bathroom freezing. We only had 1 facecloth which was corrected. Later the first day we found that the only water coming in the shower was scalding hot, we could not shower. When we attempted to watch TV it...
