”Good enough and better than budget motels. Safe area, convenient. I just needed a place to sleep in route to a longer destination. I would stay here again.”

”The promo picture shows a breakfast area, but in the morning the room was locked. The room was nice and spacious, but the floor was dirty. There was a missing light bulb above the sink. The bathroom had visible mold in the grout. The heater had been removed and not been replaced. The towels were old and worn. The bed was sagging in the center. Although the AC was quiet, the fan could not be turned off (using up a lot of energy.)”

”Hotelli oli siisti ja viihtyisä muuten, mutta sijainniltaan se oli surkea. Vieressä oli huoltoasema ja pikaruokapaikka, mutta muuten kävelymatkan päässä ei ollut mitään. Mukavat sängyt ja siisti kylpyhuone eivät riittävästi kompensoineet sijainnin puutteellisuutta. Suosittelen lähinnä kauppamatkustajille nukkumapaikaksi.”

”Yöpyminen matkalla san franciscoon. Perus motelli jossa perus amerikkalainen aamupala. Yöllä kuului liikenteen ääniä + poliisin sireenit. Hyvä yhden yön paikka. Hintalaatu hyvä.”

”Customer service was ok. Maintenance guy was needed because room 106 had a a/c unit with no vent cover. Also it needs to be disconnected from the electricity and cleaned out. That thing can be blowing bad air. But Customer service and house keeping was there.”

”This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. The furniture had crusty stains like 3-D stains, the remote control was covered in some kind of sticky goo, sheets stained, burn holes in the blanket, bathroom was a nightmare. Had to wake up at 4am to catch a flight. There was a prostitute coming in and out of an open room, homeless guy (very nice...

”Disgusting property, carpets torn and cracked tiles in lobby, chairs torn in lobby, elevator worn out and very slow. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke, bathroom old and moldy, Bar/dining room chained off and closed. Save your frustration and go across the street to the Springhill ! 1000% better! How this place is still open is mind boggling!”
