Open the back gate, walk 30 seconds, and your feet are on the sand. No roads, no car parks, no hauling gear down stairs. The kids can run back and forth between the house and the water all day while you watch from the deck.

This is the kind of beach access families dream about but rarely find.

The Setup
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms over two levels. The upstairs is open plan living with a full kitchen, dining, and a big deck overlooking the ocean. Downstairs has its own kitchenette, bathroom, and lounge, perfect if you are travelling with another family or want the grandparents to have their own space.

Family and Pet Friendly
Fully fenced yard (dogs welcome). Rumpus room for the kids. Double garage plus side access for your boat, caravan, or trailer. Air con + heating so it is comfortable year-round.

Getting There and Things to Do
About 3.5 hours from Sydney or 2 hours from Canberra. 10 minutes to Batemans Bay for supermarkets, restaurants, and the marina. Nearby: Mogo Zoo (15 min), Murramurang National Park trails (20 min), Pebbly Beach where kangaroos sit on the sand (25 min). Whale watching season June to November, often visible from the deck.
