”I'm reluctant to say how perfect this rental is for fear it will become so popular that we won't have the opportunity to return. But that's what it is. Perfect! From the cleanliness of the spacious rooms, the views of the sunrises and settings, and the most beautiful beach on LBI to the location in the midst of everything there is to do on a beach vacation, this is the best place we've stayed at over many years of renting on the Jersey Shore. My entire family wants to return again next year!”

”This is the 2nd year that we rented this home. The location is to die for! The home is spacious, the decor is cute, however the cleaning crew could have done a better job and the kitchen equipment could use some restocking (ex: only 3 coffee cups/mugs). We love the outdoor shower as well!! It is conveniently located near Fantasy Island, and one house away is the Spray Beach Hotel with a restaurant/bar which has very good food! You can't beat the location!! The ocean is literally over the dunes....

”Rented the place over 3 days for new years. Really nice location 2 blocks away from the heart of Beach Haven, convenient to the local grocery store. As a group of young families with little kids we loved how there were two separate living spaces so adults and kids could have their own spaces.”

”Overall it was a fantastic stay. House was nice, but the location was awesome. Beach and bay views from the deck were incredible. Boat rental and tennis courts down the block. House is not new, but very suitable and large enough. Good TV in the LR. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the outdoor shower after the beach. Coffee and drinks on the deck while listening to the ocean was really special. The one disappointing issue was that the house doesn’t provide bedding or bathroom towels and that is...
