”Beautiful room, looks brand new and was nicely appointed with very nice furniture. The fridge was retro and cute, bed was very comfortable. Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. This was nothing major, overall the room was lovely and comfortable and I would recommend this as a great place to stay. ”

”We booked an oceanfront room, upon check in we were told we would be on the 2nd floor with an oceanfront view, we went to store and went back to check in and the previous girl helping us wasn't there, the room we got was "oceanfront " but you can not see the ocean , very disappointed with this , we paid for and oceanfront view, so just know if you book you might not get the view you requested. The bottom floor rooms should be cheaper then the second. Very disappointed.”

”Friendly staff, comfortable room. Beach access almost directly from the hotel. Plenty of free parking at the hotel and a few restaurants nearby.”

”I love staying here. The staff is always personable and I love the direct access to the beach and view. Hopefully next time they will have the additional elevator fixed because sometimes they wait for the elevator is a little long but they do have stairs available. The tropical is such a good restaurant. I will be back soon. This is the only place that I enjoy staying.”

We were told that booking thru 3rd party has been an issue. As you check in via an email the property sends you with a code. We never got an email and there is not an on site manager or staff. ”Never got checked in? Never go email with room # or check in code, I was lucky went down road, got into another room cheaper.. there was no Staff on property, could view ocean, parking looked ok? Never ever, make reservations unless I talk to a person on the phone . Awful experience. ”
