”Friendly staff and easy quick check in and out. To me, the beach was not close enough to walk to - especially if you are taking chairs and bags of stuff. The strip of stores and restaurants is not close enough to walk to either. The restaurant on the property was OK. I can see it being fun in the summer with lots of picnic tables and adult games to pass the time. Room and bath were clean. Nice shower. Beds were comfy. Hotel is right on the main road, but I didn't hear alot of car...

”GREAT location without a doubt! 3 floors with an elevator. VERY close to the beach. However, the office closes at 8 pm so if one is going to arrive after that, better notify them ahead of time. Also, there basically is NO breakfast. There is a Keurig coffee maker and 1/4 size mini muffins with nowhere to sit. Unfortunatly the hot water coming out of the shower/tub combo was trickling out, cold water had great pressure. Sink had great hot/cold water pressure. Other than the "breakfast" and hot...

”Finishing quality is very low and while they are clearly maintaining the property. Just ok, seems to be good enough for them. Restaurant on site was horrible. But the beach view from the room was amazing. Loved the jetted tub in the room and the spa servwas great. There's nothing really wrong with the property but for the price, i will definitely be staying elsewhere next time. Most places at this price are well appointed and finished very nicely to give a luxury feel. This is more like a budget...

”Everything was first rate, from the linens, to the bed, to the home itself, to the delicious breakfasts, to the game room in the basement, and especially the friendliness of Candy and Ken. You will not be dissapointed. They also own the "Salty Dog" fishing charter boat if that's on your agenda.”

”We loved Salt for our home base while visiting the coast with our 2 dogs, especially having a good restaurant/pub right in the same building -- never had to leave or worry about the dogs!”
