”If you are just needing a place to sleep in a pinch, this place is decent. It smells like there’s been smokers in the rooms but it’s not super overwhelming the rooms just smell stale. The biggest downfall is the deposit is $100 where everywhere else is $25-$50 and that’s for Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, so for a quality inn to charge $100 is insane to me. Lots of food options within walking distance, but there is a lot of unhoused, transients so be aware.”

”Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. Laundry facilities were pleasantly surprising in that it was completely free, no coins needed, except had to purchase detergent from the onsite gift shop. Our 2 bedroom was nice. Only suggestion is that one room had a sliding door without a lock and that bathroom’s lock was very difficult to figure out. If the sliding door can be replaced by a regular door entering into the bedroom as well as a better bathroom door with standard easy lock I would have given...

”It was very centrally located, on the corner of 2 major streets. It was unique due to it being in the shape of a cylinder. The room was simple and clean Very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. We door dashed and the food was delivered directly to our room. It was a very comfortable stay I would stay there again.”

”Be prepared to have your own water and coffee. The room does not have a coffee maker or water bottles in the fridge. Some of the rooms are small and do not have a suitcase rack. They’re very clean and very neat walkable to a restaurant and close to the beach and pier when pulling up to the hotel, it looks very old and in a strange area the rooms have been modernized fixed up”

”I had to extend my stay several times and the hotel was very helpful. I was also injured and they took that into account with cleaning. I also checked out late due to being injured and they didn't give me a hard time.”

”Room had bugs. Moved bed to catch bug never cleaned under bed. Bathroom had black mold. Furniture had nicks and scrapes. Would never go back.”

”The room was clean but lacked amenities, Shower gel dispenser was empty, had to request they fill it. Cotton swabs never replenished. Service was not very friendly. Breakfast was horrible, worst breakfast I have had at a suposably FIVE STAR HOTEL. I would rate this a THREE stars hotel. The ownly friendly were the checkin and personal outside the hotel who recieved your when you arrival and left the hotel. Incredible for being a Fairmont Hotel! ”We had a great stay with the family. The room was nice with own kitchen. The only minus was that towels, swimming gear etc. didn’t dry very quickly as there was no balcony or other place to dry them, but the room was still very good for us. Nice breakfast and the pool area was really good.”
