”The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! ”

”Our stay at Cochecton was undoubtedly one of the best we’ve had. It was the perfect winter wonderland getaway. When we weren’t outside watching our dog frolic through the snow, we were inside staying warm and cozy. There was no shortage of things to do. We played board games, listened to records, watched some of our favorite movies on vhs, and even took naps! Can you believe it? Naps! As in more than one nap! If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, look no further. Thanks for having us!”

”The home was very clean and inviting. The only trouble we had was the difficulty in parking along the house to unload groceries and luggage at the kitchen door and exiting our truck was very tight. Would suggest removing bushes that line the driveway. ”

”We really enjoyed our one night (too short!) at Brent’s property. Lovely location, well equipped and suited our needs. The living room/dining room had ample room for our group to do puzzles, and I personally enjoyed the memory foam bed. I wish it was warmer for us to try out the BBQ and gazebo and porch! We will return if the opportunity arises.”
