”We got into our room for the night. Within the first 15 minutes of lying in bed, I started to get itchy and noticed hives. After several bites, I turned on the flashlight on my phone and checked the bed and pillows. There were tiny little bugs crawling around on both the bed and pillow. I jumped in the shower to wash them off. I had several bites on my arm and face. Got absolutely no sleep.”

”Our room was so clean - everything looked like new - if you like a firm mattress this one was good - I like semi firm so sleeping was a bit tough. The staff were so friendly upon our arrival and were there to help in any way the could. Breakfast was hot and very good - there was even a waffle maker -eggs bacon sausage - etc. Very happy it wasn't the usual continental breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It was also close to attractions and shopping.”
