”I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....

”I have used this property multiple times when my parents are in town. The staff is always pleasant and rooms clean. My only issue this time which was not the hotel or staffs fault is there was a baseball tournament in town and kids were running up and down the hall we were on and turning door handles. I will continue to use this property in the future.”

”Very nice place to stay and modern. Breakfast was good and they vary it daily. The pool was nice and didn't have 2 story rooms over looking it. The location was close to the airport and the freeway. Front desk was accommodating and even gave me a shaving razor I forgot. There's a gas station in the adjacent parking lot. Food/ drink was close and we suggest Bottledogs. Many draft beers and food was good. Friendly staff.”

”A very nice stay! Staff was warm and friendly at check in, breakfast was awesome with plenty to choose from, hot and plentiful. The gym was very clean with lots of options also good sized. The room was spotless with comfy beds and the evening warm cookies in the lobby topped it all off. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you’re visiting Duke medical center.”

”We had a large suite. The living room area only had one table lamp: only one person had a chance to read while sitting on the sofa.
The room was reserved for 4 people , we had to ask for a 4th towel.
Breakfast was open til 9:30 , yet when we arrived by 9 am , the tray with the croissant had only maybe 8 ( not even half full) and nobody dared refill it . 10 minutes later there was only one . A tray for fruits had only one orange . The bowl with boiled eggs had only one. The bowl with fresh cut...
