”We booked a room for 5 persons and the room was prepared for 4 people. When asked, we were told that it is possible to make the sofabed and bring a towel, but only against additional costs. The room was dates and poorly cleaned and had a half eaten cherry and similar items on the floor ”

”Delightful accommodation, self contained with everything you need. The breakfast provisions were generous and high end, really appreciated and added a special touch to the stay. ”

”Clean rooms, although a little outdated. I actually cut my finger on the shiwer door, when it got stuck and had to apply force to open it. The staff were very helpful though and had dressings available and very apologetic and promised the problem would be addressed.the vanity basin was small. They dont have breakfast availability but there are places close by. The privately leased Asian Restaurant on site served a nice meal although the food was delivered to our table randomly. Unfortunately...

”Mixed bag - stunning location but a bit disorganised. Room wasn't ready when we arrived, we were only staying for one night meaning it shortened our stay even further and the check out is quite early at 10am. Were promised something to make up for the inconvenience but never received anything. There was confusion when we initially arrived about which hotel we were in (as there are two on the same estate). The adult only spa hotel was nice, peaceful and relaxing.The view from the room was...

”Rooms are a bit tired looking but extremely comfortable and clean. We skipped breakfast but enjoyed the delicious $95pp 3 course evening meal. The hotel grounds are lovely. There's also a great Irish bar, Harrigans about 1km down the street. I can't wait to return.”
