”We stayed 26 nights with our dog. The cottage itself was clean, up to date and well outfitted (new, soft beds!). The property is very private, heavily wooded and with great sight lines to the water. It is actually located in Steep Creek, about 4-5 miles from Mulgrave proper (and the nearest coffee shop). Google has it wrong. The sole road there (Rte 344) doesn't have much of a shoulder so we had to drive everywhere, including for dog walks. Having an electrical outlet (lighting) on the porch and...

”We absolutely loved our family three night stay at the farmhouse. The screened in porch was incredible especially with the rain and thunderstorm. The thoughtful touches through the entire house is so wonderful and really makes you feel at home. They really seemed to have thought of everything and were so lovely to check on us and were super easy to communicate with. The kids all asked to stay again next year and longer! We agree and can't wait!”

”Cute place away from the city for those seeking quiet relaxation, great value, spacious room. Washroom was tiny and the bed was a bit saggy. I wish there were insect screens on the windows so that I could open them. Also, the blinds are the white translucent type that blocks the view but lets the light through. If you are sensitive to the light, you will not be able to sleep after daybreak.”

”We have stayed here a number of times. They have a number of rooms, varying in size and degree of amenities. It is a big house. The location is peaceful and quiet. It is relatively convenient, but could be difficult to find if you are not familiar with the area. The cooked breakfast is good, but only served until 8:30. The hosts are friendly and welcoming.”
