Newly renovated lake house accommodates 12 people comfortably, complete with Game room, movie theater and so much more!

This beautiful lake house is perfect for a large family or group.

The living room is equipped with a fire place and television.

- Laundry room featuring brand new washer / dryer, iron and ironing board

- Game room complete with pool table, darts, ping pong, fooseball, poker table, bumper pool and tons of board games

- Kitchen with large dining room table, all new appliances, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, kitchen and baking tools and gas stove.

- Bedrooms with fresh clean sheets, comforters, and pillows

- Two large decks with grill, outdoor fireplace and plenty of seating for all of your friends and family

We are always a phone call away if you need anything!

There is so much to do in our area just minutes from the house. We are located near all major amenities including:

We are part of a lovely community called Emerald Lakes! It Offers a variety of amenities for residents and visitors. The amenity passes offered provide flexible options for accessing the different facilities available. It's convenient that passes can be purchased on the same day directly at the community indoor pool.

* 1-Day Pass: $20 per person

* 3-Day Pass: $30 per person

* 7-Day Pass: $50 per person

Damage protection- The $75 charge listed as “Administrative fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $1500 of “all risk” damage protection coverage. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required!

Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights.



Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.

The owners were quick to send instructions on any questions you could have while you were staying in the Poconos including places to go, things to do, where to shop... Very helpful. Our stay started with a emergency problem in the house that the owner fixed immediately which did not delay our fun!! He also went above and beyond to make our stay great!! The downstairs game room was the best we ever stayed at, having every fun activity including karaoke, air hockey, ping pong, pool, theater room, and giant connect four!! I would recommend this property and owner 100%. Thanks David!

Our stay at the Poconos Escape was amazing! The house was spacious, clean, and packed with fun amenities. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring, and the game room and theater made our nights extra special. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway — we didn’t want to leave!

Our stay here was seamless. Finding the place was super easy, check in was super smooth. This place was even more spacious than the pictures showed. My family and I enjoyed every square inch of this rental property. We had a little hiccup on the first night, but when I contacted the owner, he sent someone out the very next morning and they addressed the situation promptly and they were the kindest people! I would most definitely be renting this property again! Can’t wait to be back with my family!! Thank you for a memorable time with my loved ones.

Great Place

We had an incredible stay at this house! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, the beds were super comfortable, and the living area was cozy and perfect for hanging out. The outdoor space was a huge bonus — great for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.The location was ideal, close to local attractions and in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

A great house close to the slopes with great service

We stayed at this house so that we could bring our whole extended family up to the mountains. The house is huge and well laid out with a great open layout. The game room in the basement was a hit with kids and adults. It's very close to Camelback and other attractions and shopping centers. We had a couple small issues with the house and the host was very responsive and sent the property manager over to take care of it right away. On our last day the roads completely iced over and we couldn't get out of the driveway. The owners let us stay until the weather cleared and then the property manager escorted us out of the icy neighborhood and to the main roads with his large truck to make sure we didn't get stuck. The owners definitely go above and beyond to make sure your trip is a success. We highly recommend this place!

Family Trip

This house was great! My family loved the theater room with karaoke and the game room. Sitting on the back deck watching the deer in the backyard was one of our favorite things to do. The kitchen accessories and bathroom toiletries were nice to have and less we had to pack. We can't wait to stay here again!

Great amenities! Nice Place to Stay!

We loved staying here! Lots of things to do in the house such as movies, pool, poker table, etc. Nice fireplaces, warm & cozy. Lots of room, well-stocked kitchen. A few pieces of criticism: -door hinges upstairs are squeaky/need lubricant -master bedroom door doesn’t latch properly/hard to close -projector is slightly off of the screen/cannot see parts of it -sporting good equipment (volleyball, football) are old and worn out -with the size of the house, could use a super large pan/wok to cook larger meals -some electric light switches do not work, but there are multiple switches to turn on those lights

AMAZING

The house was very cozy and welcoming from the the moment we walked in. Alexandria is awesome, she stayed in communication with me the entire time. I totally recommend this property. I celebrated my 34th and was supposed to go tubing, let me just say that the house was so nice, we didn't want to snow tube because we had everything we needed there. On a more personal note My friends and I did a LET IT GO plate exercise... this home was the perfect place to just relax, cry, let it all go and move forward. The round table kitchen discussion will forever be remembered. I'm excited to revisit very soon.

Family Fun

Staying at the long pond home was great, the theater room was terrific we spend many hours down in the game room . It was quality time with my family that we will treasure. It was just 15 minutes to camelback snowboarding, and it was good to go back to a spacious home for everyone to relax and enjoy . Thank you Allie for sharing your home .
