”Nice river view and calm”

”Overall, the new extension building housing the 4th floor rooms is a good place for business travel. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Close to city, CBD area and main arterial roads. The rooms are tidy and since it is rather new comparing to the old wing, not much of smell or dampness, apart from some left over aroma from room service delivery in the elevator and hallway. ”Loads of shops nearby, nice quiet property”

”We had a relaxing stay in a comfort room, I could see the staff took me into account by giving us the ground floor (I had mentioned I had a walking stick on the phone) I also noticed the room was great for those with a disability so it felt nice to be thought of and accommodated as I didn’t ask for this specifically. The only problem was some noisey young girls laughing in the corridors but other than that we had a pleasant stay.”

”The welcome from the receptionist was so friendly and kind. We had room 11 on the ground floor, it was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. There were spare pillows and blanket if needed. Loved the modern bathroom and shower. Refreshments were provided including milk and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. This Hotel has great views across the City and is only a short walk to the bars and restaurants (although the steep hill back is a challenge!) it’s only about ten mins...

”Clean room, charming house with a nice mix of traditional and modern. Excellent breakfast. At first the lack of staff unnerved me but help was easily available and so friendly.”

”The Hotel is looking it's age and the room was dated. The bathroom has no exhaust fan and the Shower Tiles are very slippery, also the passages leading to the rooms are poorly lit.”
