”First time we stayed here we loved it. 2nd time we stayed - everything went wrong The girl at the front desk is incompetent - will say anything to get you off the phone or away from her desk. I tried at least 10 times before our stay I rang to get a 2nd floor unit as the first time we stayed ground floor and cockroaches can come in through the sliding doors that lead to the grass outside the room. ”this past week was our second time staying at Zota. First trip last year was ok but this trip, not so much. The staff here wasn't very pleasant and the hose keepers missed cleaning our room 3 days out of the 7 we stayed there. coffee runs out in the morning and 4 days I notified the staff asking to bring more. idk I feel like resort staff should keep an eye on stuff like coffee in the morning?? decent bang for your buck if your looking to get out on the island but don't except too much from...

”This is an older property that has undergone renovations that generally are good. The room was exactly as pictured on the web site and very clean and comfortable, had plenty of towels, and despite being close to the airport, it was quiet enough for undisturbed sleep. A suggestion: install a cabinet to enclose the unit refrigerator and microwave as the refrigerator wobbled when opening the door. The other appliance, assuming it was a dehumidifier did work well as their was no musty smell at all,...
