Yksikkö # 215 Persianlahden näkymä vähintään 5 yötä

  • 2. kerroksen savuton Persianlahden näkymäyksikkö. Yksikkö kunnostettu kokonaan ja kalustettu hiljattain lokakuussa 2016. Upeat auringonlaskunäkymät lahdelle 2. kerroksen parvekkeelta. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä valkoisesta hiekkarannasta ja uima-altaasta. Yksikkö sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla, josta pääsee helposti hissillä tai portaita pitkin.
    Upea nimitys, avoin asuintila tarjoaa tyylikkään, avoimen virtauksen oleskelutilassa, joka sisältää keittiön, viihdealueen ja ruokailutilan. Laajennetut makuuhuoneet nukkuvat 6 mukavasti (ei vuodesohvaa, vuodesohvaa tai kerrossänkyä). Parkettilattiat koko yksikössä.
    Viehättävä, hiljainen ja boutique-lomakeskuksen laatu, ei vaivaa, melua, hotellin persoonattomuutta. Sinusta tulee osa Sand Cay -perhettämme, ja odotamme paluutasi vuosi toisensa jälkeen.
    Suunnitteleessasi matkaa kauniille Persianlahden rannikon rannoille, jää Sand Cay Beach Resortiin. Kaikissa yksityisissä kauniissa osakehuoneissamme on täysin varustettu keittiö, olohuone, ruokasali ja parveke tai terassi. Tarjoamme uima-altaan ja puutarhan, lahden ja lahden rannan näkymät. Kiinteistössämme on lämmitetty uima-allas, sekoituslautakenttä, täydellinen tenniskenttä ja tahraton yksityinen, valkoinen hiekkaranta.
    Koe lopullinen rannalla sijaitseva Floridan paratiisi Sand Cay Condominiums Beach Resortissa.

This condo includes a limited view of the gulf from the patio and a full view of the pool and shuffleboard court area. If you have tweens, this is a great condo to keep an eye on them no matter which direction they go. This condo also has a very well appointed kitchen, with all the pots, pans, small appliances, and even some ziploc bags, foil, Saran Wrap, spices, sugar, extra coffee and tea (December 2023) that you might need for your stay.

Awesome place!

The condo was spotless. It's exactly as pictured. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony overlooking the courtyard with a view of the ocean. The outdoor areas of the property were very beautiful and meticulously maintained. The pool was heated and bigger than it looks in the pics. We loved that the beach chairs, toys, etc. were provided and we didn't have to buy, rent, or carry those things with is. The grassy courtyard area with the gated pool and shuffleboard along with the grilling area and outdoor tables made this a great environment for adults to relax and kids to run around and play freely.

Really couldn’t be better. Only slight annoyance was the very squeaky beds in the second bedroom. Eventually my son moved to the living room and slept on the very comfortable couch. Sand Cay doesn’t have the charm of Sanibel or the shells but the beach was lovely and loved having loungers to use on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Resort very well maintained. Pool is large w plenty of chaises. Convenient Laundry, luggage carts, and welcoming staff. Unit kitchen well stocked. Furniture in living room is getting tired, but serviceable. We stayed in same unit about 2 years ago, and noticed the change.
