”The elevator was broke and they never informed me until after I registered. Also, I had a handicap room and they put me on the 3rd floor!! I had to do my best to climb stairs with a surgical repaired knee!!”

”This hotel could definitely improve its maintenance and overall upkeep. When we first checked in, our room was on the second floor, and even walking down the hallway felt unsafe because there were several soft spots in the floor that made it feel like you could fall through. Once we got into the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor, so we requested to be moved. The second room didn’t leave a much better impression. It didn’t appear to be thoroughly cleaned or well maintained. The bed was...

”Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The air conditioner vents were dusty, the shower was dirty, and the ceiling fans had visible dust buildup. Overall, the hotel appears outdated and could really benefit from renovations and better maintenance. I expected a cleaner, more comfortable experience for my stay.”

”The room was a very nice size . Plenty of room for stuff. Tv had local channels. Smell of smoke was very potent! Sheets were clean however, the fridge could have used a wipe down, and the tub. Coffee pot carafe was the wrong size so you can’t actually make coffee, but they did have coffee and condiment's for it. Close to downtown and cajundome. Price was exceptional.”

”The hotel in itself was good, the staff was AMAZING, but what brought my rating down is the area of town it is in and the prostitution running out of the parking lot. I had two women approach me (a woman) at 4am while I was getting ready to leave the hotel to finish my road trip home asking me if I would like their services. No thank you. Again, the hotel was nice but the area and surroundings were TERRIBLE.”

”Chek-in was quick and pillows were comfortable, but those are the only good things to say about this hotel. The room smelled and Felt damp and mildewy, the pool was small, as was the room. You can only turn to this hotel from the road when coming from Gulf Shores - not from the other direction. Nothing but a hospital you can walk from this hotel.”

”We first stayed here 4 years ago and met Keira. We had been traveling all night and she arranged early check in and was just so helpful our entire stay. When we booked this year I hoped she would be there still and she is. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have what they need, even personally delivering extra towels to our room. She greets you every time you enter the lobby and gives great suggestions on food and things to do in the local area when asked. The nicest and friendliest...
