”The biggest highlight is the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a lot of charm. ”I was very upset that I was not advised that there was a pool party scheduled for the day I scheduled. That is why we did reservation there to enjoy pool. We had a minor so was not able to attend pool and my daughter who was 21 went and did not like what she saw. Hallways were loud people yelling at all times . Very loud noises late in night . I wZ disappointed . The only think we liked was room and staff was very courteous .”

"Good experience over all. Comfy bed, nice location, good gym and easy to enjoy pool. Check-in experience was exceptionally good (thank you Jack!). A few minuses: ac was a tad bit inefficient and the concierge gave inaccurate information with great confidence (wanted to see live sports and asked to recommend between 3 places I'd done due diligence on. He said immediately to go to an entirely different place in another part of town. I go there and the sport was not shown (even when separately asked). Ended up in one of the places I researched but cost me extra 50USD in Uber and missed beginning of event). Would still recommend to stay though."

"Hotelli oli hieno, samoin huone avara ja hyvä. Aamiainen kovin niukka, henkilökunta siellä hyvin ystävällistä. Huoneen siivouksessa toivomisen varaa. Vietimme hotellissa 8 vrk ja huone siivottiin oma-aloitteisesti yhden kerran ja silloinkin jäi täysi roskakori tyhjentämättä ja WC-paperia lisäämättä. Toisen siivous kerran jouduimme pyytämään erikseen respasta. Respan henkilökunta ystävällistä, mutta nenä kiinni kännykässä, eikä se siitä noussut edes tervehdykseen, ellet itse ensin tervehtinyt."
