”Poor Management of a Smoke-Free Hotel
Despite being advertised as a smoke-free hotel, the property has a serious and apparently unmanaged smoking problem.
Upon entering our original room, we immediately noticed a strong cigarette smell. We were moved to another room in the afternoon, which initially seemed fine. However, when we returned in the evening, both the room entrance and restroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke again.
The front desk staff were friendly and courteous, but there...

”Absolutely the best experience! Highly recommended!! Lin Lin and her partner are such great hosts! They helped me with literally everything I needed and beyond! Also great companies, truly nice people. Their place is so well cared and it has been the most beautiful place I have visited in my trip. Aesthetically pleasing, calming, I would like to stay there even longer! And to make the experience even more perfect I had the best sleeping nights ever - sleep hygiene, they should announce that!

”Extremely local chinese hotel. English speaking staff were far and few. Staff all hesitant and not confident to deal with foreigners so the communication was a struggle. But everyone was nice and polite. The common areas are not well maintained (i.e. lobby) so if you are looking for an upscale experience this is not your place. Most importantly the operations and management of the place is very poor. Everyone was all over the place. It was a mess. The team couldn’t manage the guests and it...
