”The pictures of the hotel on Expedia are AI. The hotel is under construction. That was not disclosed anywhere until I drove 3 hours to the hotel. The entire hotel is under construction. It was a mess! The elevator looked very sketchy to ride in. The bathtub was dirty. Plus no buffet breakfast like advertised. The best part of my one night stay was the cold AC.”

”Room was neat but many stains on the floor and in the bathroom (tub and floor) . Storage lacking in the bathroom so there was an unappealing rusted wire rack that held towels and extra toilet paper roll. Staff is amazing.”

”The staff of this hotel was friendly and helpful. However, the overall quality of this facility is unsatisfactory. There is almost no soundproofing. We can hear people talking clearly from next door or in the hallway. The hygiene of this hotel is concerning. All my family members got bedbug bites, causing severe itching and swelling. We had to go to urgent care to get a prescribed medication. I recommend that the hotel thoroughly clean the bedding and linens.”

”Very clean and secure hotel to stay during our road trip. We wanted to spend the night in Shreveport but couldn’t find any decent priced hotel. So we drove another 30 minutes into Texas and found this place and it was perfect.”

”The facility has been completely renovated beautifully done. All new and so very clean. Excellent bed and bedding. They accept pets, which is a big plus. Staff was excellent. The only drawback for me was there was no pool, it had been filled in. Nice alternative if you’re not into the B&B scene there.”
