I stayed one night at this hotel while visiting family. While the location, price, and staff were all excellent, the quality of the in-room maintenance and cleaning was disappointing, which would prevent me from staying here again.
The Positives
The front desk staff were friendly and the check-in process was fast and easy. The hotel's location is fantastic for accessing the surrounding area, and the price was quite reasonable for what I booked. The main areas of the room felt genuinely clean, the Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to, and I really appreciated the small touch of a night light in the bathroom.
The Negatives
Unfortunately, several maintenance and cleanliness issues made the stay uncomfortable:
* Pest Issue: The most serious problem was the presence of ants entering the room near the air conditioner. I even found one in the bed, which is unacceptable and a major issue for cleanliness.
* Shower Quality: The shower was frustrating to use. While the water pressure was good, the shower head itself was faulty, barely letting water out in most modes and resulting in a weak, disappointing spray.
* Deep Cleaning/Maintenance: The shower also needs attention, with missing grout and visible grime in the corners that requires a deep clean.
* Minor Issue: The toilet lacked a soft-close seat, resulting in noticeable noise.
