”Front desk staff’s working attitude was not friendly for greeting. Nobody responded to emergency request at night since I found bathroom door was locked. No facial tissue at all and I really didn’t understand why.”

”Big room, great bed, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Easy to park and move around, close to freeway. Neighborhood felt safe. The only downside was shower water, which was cold, but I'm not sure if the problem was only in our room since we never mentioned it to front desk. Overall great for the price. ”

”Clean room, very helpful staff, good breakfast - and really liked the underground parking. Only diwn is in the accessible bathroom with a tub and seat there was a grab bar at the back of the seat which made it uncomfortable. The grab bar could have had a better placement.”

”Chose this for the proximity to the airport, though we drove in from the Central Valley. Safe location. Short drive to the Bay Bridge to get to the city, short drives to the ferry stops, too. Really convenient location. Slept our family of 5 comfortably, but were not used to sharing one bathroom. Extra towels and blankets were readily available.”
