”The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and I like that. The recliners were so nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. We have stayed there many times and will be back again. We appreciated a Gideons Bible in the night Stand!”

”Great place to spend a getaway weekend in late winter. We went clam digging and explored the local area and beaches. Wind in the evening in the pool and hot tub. This was just what we needed. ”

”Nice stay in a historic hotel, staff was super nice and helpful. Bed was comfy and cozy, great bedding. Only challenge is that the hotel is on the main road and so there is a lot of road noise, and my room was on the front side of the hotel and is right across the street from the local market with a lot of light all night long from the signage. The window needs a blackout curtain to help block out light. ”

”Beautiful room, the jacuzzi tub in our room was exactly what we needed! They had wine glasses already in the room and even ice cubes in the freezer, Locally roasted coffee and scented bath salts for the tub. We checked in after sunset so we weren’t able to appreciate the view until the morning, but it was a gorgeous clear morning and worth the wait! Our room was heated by the gas fireplace, which was a lovely addition! We’ll be back and the oceanview suites are 100% worth it!”

”Owner/host gave us tour and recommendations for dinner that were close by. Historic building that has been lovingly restored and includes modern amenities and bathrooms. Has a lot of extra touches like cookies and coffee in entry, bathrobes, room darkening shades, great breakfast.”

”A great value. Professionally maintained, clean, local, on the water. Coffee, tv, good bed, clean. Refrig, microwave. Can’t ask for anything more. Nothing fancy but completely functional and an easy stay. I will stay again.”
