”we had the handicapped room but felt unsafe the shower chair is too small other challenges in the room it was clean and the amenities were good the first lady staff was great the next morning the lady wasn't that great never asked how our stay was or nothing”

”Disgusting. The shampoo had mold in it, the shower handle came off and halfway through my shower it almost flooded. I had to wait about 3 hours to be able to finally wash out my hair to get someone to come down. We got locked out of our own bedroom after we put everything in there and had to pick the door ourselves since they took so long. The chair was cracked and put back together and overall was gross. The sheets had hairs on them that weren’t ours.”

”I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...
