”The shuttle needed to be reserved, which was not helpful when our flight was delayed. Other nearby hotels run their shuttles every 1/2 hour, 24 hours per day. Key cards would not work on some doors, requiring us to walk outside in the rain around the building from the side parking lots trying to find a door that actually worked. The bathrooms are divided into two sides of the room. Good in theory with multiple guests per room, but you have to carry stuff from one side to the other. So I...

”I appreciated that the owner let us check in early, and the coffee area and yogurt juice water are appreciated. My negatives: bed very uncomfortable with a terrible mattress, no insulation so sound from other guests very noisy, other guests talking until very late on the deck was very inconsiderate, we had to be up at 5 and they were up till well after midnight. I woke up with a sore stiff back and no sleep and quite grumpy (my husband not impressed at all). Also the bathroom sink is plugged.”

”The only complaint was; there was a huge group of boys from a baseball or lacrosse team in the pool. They were so out of control; they took over the slide and pool area. Their parents weren't even in the pool area, they were outside the windows watching. The kids were putting soap/cream from the bathroom all over their body; so they could slide down the slide faster; Their parents laughed and gave them thumbs up, through the window. ”Just a good place to stay. A little hard to find; Google Maps live helped me out, make sure your smartphone’s battery is charged. Construction is nearby, just close the windows and you’ll sleep in just fine. Staff is limited but very friendly and very helpful. My room was missing TP; so I call front desk. House phone unplugged! I replug the phone, and call front desk and within minutes I had TP. They use fabric softener in their bedsheets and towels; if you are allergic or fragrance...

”Great outdoor space to have morning coffee or eat dinner. Our host was very friendly and had good recommendations on where to eat in the area. Even though we didn't use them because of our one-night stay, we had access to laundry and table tennis. Nice conversation over breakfast with our host and fellow guests. The Burgundy was very clean and had a great location overlooking the river. I would come again and certainly suggest it to others.”
