The holiday home in Lopar on the island of Rab is located only about 500 m from the sandy beach and offers space for 3-6 people in six apartments. Most apartments are air-conditioned and some offer sea views. Each apartment has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a kitchen, its own bathroom and a furnished terrace or loggia. Pets are only allowed in one apartment, with a maximum of one animal per accommodation.



This apartment offers space for up to 4 people and features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area. The 15 m² covered loggia is equipped with a table, chairs, and a clothes horse, and offers a sea view. Parking facilities are available directly at the property.



The holiday home offers its guests use of the garden with a sunbathing lawn, a garden terrace and barbecue facilities. A communal washing machine is also available. Bed linen and towels are included.



The environment is ideal for beach holidays and active leisure activities: water sports, sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, boat and bicycle rental, beach volleyball, tennis, fishing or dolphin watching are possible. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and other infrastructure are within walking distance.



Included in the price are registration and deregistration fees, bedding, towels, electricity, water, internet (Wi-Fi), kitchen towels, and tourist tax. Additional costs will be incurred for final cleaning, air conditioning, pets, baby cot, and use of the communal washing machine.
