”Expensive for a very outdated property. No tech upgrades. Furniture needs to be refurbished or replaced. Thhey a r e. Cheap with quality: soap, towels. Expect the low end. Our suite was very large, loys of room and storage. Tnwo huge TVs. Bathtub is unsafe. It's difficult to climb in and out. Bar is misplaced. The rubber insert is slippery. The lighting is dull, need more light for reading. It's just old.”

The only complaint I have is that noise the weekend of June 19-21st was so noisy in the evening when the families with the baseball players returned in the evening, they were very inconsiderate when it came to making loud and yelling noises that could be heard throughout the night, until 2am, even the adults were loud in the courtyards around the hotel rooms. ”Breakfast was false advertising…there was none. the bathroom had black mold, the room door wouldn’t shut because of weatherstripping coming off and one of the lights was broken hanging off the wall. The swimming pool had clumps of hair in the bottom. Hidden fees at checkout. Spend the same at a Best Western and get a much nicer stay. Sadly this was a mistake, next we will stay elsewhere”

They tried to get us to use the app but it would not work. Someone said thanks for letting them know and they will look into it. Still haven’t heard back.
