”Very clean rooms. I checked for bedbugs, they were not present! Housekeeping was very efficient and went through at regular intervals (daily) to keep the room in good condition. The only thing that was negative was the first night we stayed, someone was yelling at someone else right outside our window at 4:00am and shortly after that, I thought I heard gunshots. That's not the staff's fault, that's the City of Elyria's fault.”

”This property has so much potential! It was clean and the room fit our needs. There should be coffee cups and a tray at the coffee maker space. Sprucewood looks like a project in progress which is great, but attention should be paid to the entrance area to make it more inviting. There are some wonderful landscape pieces around the building but the weeds need to be pulled and mulch or river rock laid around the plantings. Bringing this property to it's potential is certainly an expensive...

”Room was very spacious and clean, and very quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Good coffee in room. Only issue was no computer to print boarding passes. Had to download an app, save boarding pass to phone and print, could only print screen with QR code. Summary, not convenient...wish they had a computer like all other hotels to print boarding passes.”

”This was a last minute reservation as we were traveling. All other hotels were booked so we booked here with low expectations. We were surprised by the condition and cleanliness of the property. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The downfall was breakfast. Hours were 6:30 until 9:30. We went down at 7:00 am and no food was out. At around 7:20 The employee put the food out. Plain bagels, A few mini muffins and mini powdered donuts. We just left at that point. I would stay again...
