”Stayed during the Jazz Fest. It was actually excellent for what we needed! The pod itself was very clean and I didn't get claustrophobic at all; the bathrooms, hit or miss depending on when they cleaned it. Super nice staff! They loaned me a phone charger too. Would definitely stay again!”

”I love the convenient air shuttle. Thing of note is that if you're coming from the airport, keep an eye out for the white vehicle with three different logos 😅 If your view is blocked, you might miss it. We didn't, but it's a possibility. Drivers were awesome. Once you're there, the front desk can book you for the shuttle going back to the airport. Airport to hotel (~5 or 6 PM weekday) took maybe 20 mins due to traffic. Hotel to airport (~7 AM weekday) was surprisingly quick (7 mins)! From an...

”Front desk person was amazing. Hotel facilities are in really poor condition. The smell of the room was terrible. There was lots of humidity and it was hard to breath inside the room. The facilities need care and a complete renovation ASAP!”

”Terrible hotel, was not worth the price paid at all. Breakfast wasn't included which made it worse, toiletries only included 2 shampoos and towels, no toothbrush and toothpaste Thought there was no advertisement for the toiletries it is usually expected at a hotel. Staff were friendly but that was about it, the room wasn't clean, the toilet was stinky and very small, and the balcony view was a concrete wall. My first time experiencing such a terrible hotel, won't be going back there again.”

”Everything in the area is under construction so finding how to get in and out of the hotel by ride share or driving is confusing. The path to get in looks to be blocked off but there is a small path for pedestrians. Also good to note that there is no closet in the rooms. The hotel offers 3 hangers to put things up on hooks on the wall. Staff are very nice at the hotel but this is a hotel for a very quick (1 night) visit to the city. ”We liked everything except the shower. We much prefer a shower with a hand held head that can be adjusted for height and removed from the wall. The bed was nice but not firm enough. Aside from these things it was very good and the breakfast was excellent value.”
