”We booked online, checked in late at night, the suite type we booked wasn’t available, so they upgraded us. The gentleman that checked us in was very courteous and informative. He enrolled us in the membership/rewards program and informed us of all the amenities the hotel had to offer.

”Property has gone downhill. Coyotes wander at night, there’s no security so it’s a fend for all. They do leave the lobby doors wide open so you can try to run in without one catching you if they aren’t already inside.
Escalators don’t work majority of the time. There was a party in the elevator lobby during my stay. That’s where they seated the guest. Chairs and tables in the elevator lobby mind you I didn’t want to be apart of it. Hopefully you don’t encounter that it was embarrassing on both...

”I drove an hour and a half to check my 18-year-old daughter in early. When I arrived, Adam at the front desk told me he had everything he needed to complete the check-in. He said my daughter would only need to show her ID to pick up the room key and that he would call me when the room was ready.
