We present a modern two storey duplex, ideally situated close to the beaches of the Mar Menor, in the popular and secure Albatros urbanisation in Los Alcazares, Murcia, which offers space for up to five people.

It has three cosy bedrooms, two on the first floor, the master bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and finally another bedroom on the ground floor with a single bed, two bathrooms, one on each floor, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals, a private terrace and solarium on the upper terrace guaranteeing comfort.

The house has free air conditioning, fast internet, bed linen, towels, hairdryer, beach umbrella, beach towels, clothes iron and a welcome pack.

Parking is available outside the residence, allowing you to park your car easily and comfortably.

The community swimming pool counts with superb facilities, with an adult swimming pool and a children's pool, as well as green zones and gardens. Ideal for a relaxing holiday and to enjoy the Spanish sun. Sun loungers are provided for sunbathing either in the solarium of the house or by the pool.

Nearby, within a 5 minute walk, there is a large area of bars and restaurants and food shops where you can buy everything you need and enjoy a hassle free stay. The fabulous beaches of the Mar Menor are a 15 minute walk from the house.
