Vacation apartment with private roof terrace

We rent out our 60 m² apartment, which is very family-friendly, located in Los Alcázares, Spain.
The apartment has been recently renovated and features 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, making it suitable for up to 4 guests. The private rooftop terrace is the highlight of the apartment and invites you to relax and enjoy your time outdoors.
The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and induction cooktop, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and more.
For hygiene reasons, bed linen and towels must be brought by guests.
There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment; however, this is usually not necessary in Spain, as free Wi-Fi is available in most cafés and restaurants, and free roaming generally makes internet access during holidays unnecessary. TV is available in both German and Spanish.

The beach is about 14 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car.

Los Alcázares is a lively town with a warm climate all year round. Even in winter, making it an ideal place for winter stays. Los Alcázares is located in the Region of Murcia.

Alicante Airport is approximately 1 hour away by car.The nearest large city is Cartagena.
