Located in one of LA's few walkable neighborhoods, the home is walking distance from some of the city's best cafes, restaurants/bars, and shops. Short drive to Griffith Park - the country's largest urban green space.
This 930 sqft 2 bedroom/2 bath retains much of its original charm, yet incorporates upgrades such as updated kitchen & baths, central air/heat.
French doors lead from the spacious kitchen to a deck that's perfect for BBQ and outdoor dining. Just beyond, a fabulous pool complete with spa, lounge area and outdoor shower provides entertainment areas and plenty of opportunity for extreme relaxation.

PARKING: *Street parking only. Plenty of street parking, almost always in front of the house. *Please watch signs for any restrictions. Beware of street cleaning hours, vehicles need to be moved to avoid ticketing. *Don't leave valuables in the car (standard LA safety measures).
Home Truths: *Neighbors with dogs that bark during the day sometimes. *Neighbor has a recording studio (across from alley), bass is sometimes audible. Sometimes his artists hang out in the alley at night during their breaks and can be heard. He is usually quick to turn off/be quiet when asked. *Property has traffic noise from Glendale Blvd and 5 Freeway that can be heard, especially when windows/doors are open. *As it's true with most of LA, homelessness is present in the neighborhood. It's important to use your best judgement and lock doors and windows. We recommend keeping back gate locked at all times. Don't leave windows open when not present. *Sensitive plumbing, both toilets clog on occasion so be mindful.
Pool Heating and Utilities: *Pool heating can be arranged in advance at an additional fee of $100/day and hired for the whole stay. Depending on time of the year it can take 2 days to heat the water. *Pool heating, when hired, is limited to a max of 84F. *Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner. *Please don't set the AC thermostat below 72F (cooling) since this would freeze and damage the system.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONSÂ

"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.Â
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible. -Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am -Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb. -Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in. -This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. -Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. -Absolutely no parties or loud music. -This is a NON-SMOKING property.
This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!
Pet Policy: -One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats and other animals are not allowed anytime. -Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture. -Pet fee is required and non refundable: $150 -Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages. -Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.
If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
PET ETIQUETTE: - Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone. - Donât let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home). - Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors. - Keep them on leash while outside the home. - Always pick up after your dog. - Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.
This Short Term Rental Agreement is between AIR CONCIERGE INC. (herein referred to as âManagerâ or âProperty Managerâ) on behalf of and in accord with the Property Owner ("Owner") and you as Guest (or âOccupantâ or âRenterâ) of the date set forth on the reservation details confirmation noted on the confirmation which shall be received by the Parties via email as well as provided in the Airbnb.com software.  For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
SMOKING: A $1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of smoking inside or outside of the property within a 20â radius of the property.
Fire and Fire Safety. Occupant is notified that the Property may be located in an area susceptible to fire, and as such Occupant agrees all conform with all applicable fire codes of any governmental authority, and ensure safe and reasonable use, management, and extinguishment of any fire places, bbq's, smoking (if permitted), fire pits and any other device or act involving the risk of fire. In the event Occupant discovers any fire related safety issues, Occupant shall immediately inform Manager and cease and desist immediately from undertaking, or continuing usage until inspection, remediation (if necessary) and written approval by Manager that use is permitted. Flammable substances and solids, such as gasoline, benzene, naphtha, cleaning fluids, explosives, and fireworks may not be used or stored on the Property. Lighted candles, incense, kerosene lamps, halogen lamps and tenant installed electric heaters may not be used in the Property. ALL COOKING MUST BE CONFINED TO DESIGNATED COOKING AREAS. Use of electrical appliances not provided with the Property, such as hot plates, heating coils, coffeepots, popcorn poppers, electric frying pans, toaster ovens, irons, and electric heaters are prohibited. Storage or placement of any items (including trash, bicycles, boxes, furniture, etc.) in public areas such as corridors, stairwells, or balconies is prohibited. Any and All decorations used in the Property shall be flameproof or fire resistant materials. Any additional lighting (i.e. Christmas lights) must be Management approved with proper installation and
